  • How does a Villa represent value compared with a sub division?
    COSTS - Sub division costs involve breaking up and creating another Title on your land so another home can be built on the vacant land- quite often a very slow and very very costly exercise. Our villas are built on your land and can be rented out without subdividing your property.
  • Is my site suitable for a Villa?
    There are constraints regarding where Villas can be sited on your block. We are generally able to do a quick check to confirm suitability for you.
  • Can a Villa be built on sloping or unstable land?
    Yes, our innovative footing design allows for our Villas to be built on almost any type of land, in any setting- *subject to site investigation.
  • Are Prestige Living Villas Environmentally Considered?
    Absolutely - we have designed all aspects of the construction of our Villas with the environment in mind. We use an all steel structure for the frame, eliminating the need to harvest our valuable trees, and where possible use engineered materials sourced from sustainable sources for every aspect of the fit-out and finishes internally and externally. Even the foundations have been designed for minimal impact on your property and the environment.
  • Who takes care of the permits for my new Villa?
    Upon acceptance of a Preliminary Agreement, we will organise all the necessary site investigations and engineering adjustments to ensure a Building Permit is ready for approval.
  • What are the options we can choose for our Villa?
    We have crafted 5 different interior fit-out themes that can be incorporated into any of our floor plans, with 4 external claddings to choose from.
  • Why choose a Prestige Living Villa?

  • What is included in my Villa?
    Our Villas are built with everything included so you are able to move in and start to "Live a Little". See our Inclusions sheet for each model to see that we include as standard what others call extras
  • Can I build a Villa which is "Off Grid"
    While our designs are predominantly designed for residential use, we can adapt our models to be completely off grid and self sufficient. This option is perfect for a bush block getaway, and/or Air B&B potential for an income stream.
  • Are connections included in the price?
    As each property is unique, we cannot include the costs for utility connections without doing a site investigation first. Once we have completed our site survey, we can advise of the total costs for connections such as Water, Sewer and Electricity.
  • How does a Villa represent value compared with an Extension to my home?
    COSTS - an extension to your home usually requires extensive and often costly design consultants to create the extra space for your home. With our Villas, all the design work is done already, eliminating the cost of the designer fees. Quite often an extension will require you to rent elsewhere while works are undertaken, and these rental costs are usually quite high. With our Villas, you can stay in your home and watch the Villa being constructed, rent free! TIME - the design and permit phase on an extension can take months, even years depending on what permits are required. Our Villas require no Planning Permits, and a Building permit typically can be arranged very quickly *providing all criteria are met* - usually less than 6 weeks. * Subject to site evaluation
  • How do I get finance for my new Villa?
    We have a finance consultant who will be able to help you with your finance applications should you need it.
  • How long does the Villa take to build?
    Subject to design and specific site constraints, our Villas can be built within 3-4 months from the moment layouts, finishes and fixtures have been selected, signed off and deposits paid.
  • How are the Villas Built?
    Each Villa is custom crafted on site, allowing you to watch your villa come to life before your eyes. We use experienced tradesmen for all aspects of the build, with quality control monitored daily.
